Here’s that day comes. We are as excited as you're and glad we are working together. We are hoping you will learn a lot and looking forward to learn a lot from you. This playbook is aimed to give you a sense of what to expect working at zazzy and how we work together.
At zazzy, we’re trying to build an inclusive, mission- and values-driven organization, so you’ll find that a lot of our policies differ from the norm at other companies. If you have any questions about why we do things a certain way or have a suggestion about how we can do anything better, please let us know by leaving a comment.
As of Dec 2023, there are more than 12 people working with zazzy in Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Product. You can get familiar with them on the zazzy about page. We are a Hybrid team with HQ in Pune, IN.
Before 2020, all of the zazzy team could fit in the car; we need a minivan today. We have a much larger team today, and we continue to grow and adapt our culture as we do. I promise, zazzy will look different than it’s today; it’s an evolving journey of scaling startup. But we assure you that we will remain honest to our roots and values.
