zazzy is a group of artists, strategists, and creatives sharing the same mission and core values. This playbook is an experiment, trying to advance these objectives and familiarise you with how we work, do business, and engage in the community.
We are building a value-driven company, helping each other to grow and scale. It’s easy to stay and hard to implement as it needs an active participation from each member of the team.
This playbook contains all of the policies that we use at zazzy. It represents our experience, many hours of research, thoughtful debates and some serious introspection. It is certainly not perfect but an excellent place to start with.
